Time Life did a great story in their July 1997 article about Astrology. This story asks some interesting questions, and has some even more interesting answers about Astrology, and what its role is in the lives of almost half of the United States Population. The writer of this article went to a class by the "Harvard of Astrology", the National Council for Geocosmic Research. The teacher explained about Saturn, and its effects on a persons Chart.

"Saturns rings are made of ice. They're cold, hard things that contain, restrain, limit, restrict, and define Saturns Body. Saturn is the part of your chart that's icy, that's cold that restricts, that limits. All things have to do with boundaries and structure, and therefore time. Saturn in mythology is represented as an old man. He's your inhibitions, your imperfections, your conscience; he's work, effort, and discipline."
